How To Add Your Logo

ScanSimple can be white labeled to better integrate it into your work process. You may display your company/store logo in your ScanSimple dashboard. This requires you to be logged into your ScanSimple account.

1. Open your ScanSimple dashboard.
   • Sign in via https://scansimple.app/login 
   • You will automatically be directed to your dashboard.
2. In the main menu tabs at the very top of the screen, choose “Settings” 
3. In the main panel in the center of the screen, select “Theme Settings” 
4. By the right-hand side of the main panel, click on “Choose New Logo”
5. Select the file image file from its location on your computer. Click “Open” to upload.
   • Recommended image size for optimal display is 225px (width) X 75 px (height)
6. Don’t forget to click “Save Settings”

NOTE: Dashboard customizations can be done on any registered station under your account. Any changes made from any station will be applied across ALL stations.
