How To Enable / Disable Scan History

ScanSimple can keep track of all the labels you print. If you would prefer not to have a record, you may turn this feature off. To change this, you are required to be logged in to your ScanSimple account.

  1. Open your ScanSimple dashboard.
    • Sign in via https://scansimple.app/login 
    • You will automatically be directed to your dashboard.
  2. In the main menu at the very top of the screen, choose “Settings” 
  3. In the main panel in the center of the screen, select “Theme Settings” 
  4. Below the option to choose your secondary theme color, there is a check box for “Show Print History”
    • To enable, make sure the checkbox is checked
    • To disable, make sure the checkbox is NOT checked.
  5. Don’t forget to click “Save Settings”
