If for any reason, you decide to cancel your account, you may do so at any time via either of the two (2) methods below.
Cancel via dashboard
- Open your ScanSimple dashboard.
- Sign in via https://scansimple.app/login
- You will automatically be directed to your dashboard.
- In the main menu at the very top of the screen, choose “Billing”
- In the main panel, there is an option to “Cancel Subscription”
- Click on “Click Here.”
- A dialogue box will ask you to confirm if you want to cancel your subscription. Click “Yes” to cancel.
- You will receive an email confirming that your account has been cancelled
Request cancellation manually
- Send a cancel request via email to info@scansimple.app
- Our support team will review and process the cancellation of your account
- Once this has been processed, you will receive an email confirming that your account has been cancelled.
WARNING: Please note that the following will apply to your account.
- Instant Cancellation
- Immediate loss of access to features for generating and printing labels. However, you will still be able to log into your account.
- No refunds
- Licenses will need to be repurchased to reinstate subscription
