There are two ways you can submit a support ticket:
Through Chat
- Initiate a chat with us on your dashboard by clicking on the Chat tab located on the right side of the screen
- Input your email address to begin the conversation
- Type in your concerns. You may also attach photos/screenshots and other files to better illustrate the issue/s you have encountered.
- Live chat is available between 9AM-5PM ET.
