In line with this, we are continuously working on improving our software and may release patches or new versions of the ScanSimple Print Manager. These updates are designed to add new features, enhance current ones, and/or address issues that some customers may have experienced.
Please see instructions below on how to update your ScanSimple Print Manager software.

Where Can I Download The New Version?
- Log in to your ScanSimple account via https://scansimple.app/login
- On your dashboard, look for a message instructing you to update the print manager.
- Download the new version of the software from the link provided on the dashboard (Click on the underlined text labeled “Click here”).
NOTE: All active subscribers also receive a notification email of new releases with the link where you can download the latest installer.
How To Install The New Version Of The ScanSimple Print Manager
- **IMPORTANT** You must UNINSTALL the current version of ScanSimple Print Manager on your computer before installing the new version.
- Go to the Windows Control Panel and then Add / Remove programs, and selecting Scan Simple to remove.

- Run (double-click) the NEW installer for the Print Manager you just downloaded to begin installation. Click here for instructions on How To Install ScanSimple To Your System.
- Sign in to your ScanSimple account to access your dashboard
- In the main menu at the very top of the screen, choose “Billing”
- In the main panel in the center of the screen, click on View License Key
- Search for the License Key you wish to deactivate and select Deactivate Key
- Copy the License Key you have just deactivated and paste it into the updated Print Manager app to activate it.
You’re all set! You can now return to scanning.
