Selecting your printer must be done directly on your ScanSimple dashboard. This requires you to be logged into your ScanSimple account.
- Make sure your printer is connected to your computer and turned on.
- Launch the ScanSimple app on your system.
- Open your ScanSimple dashboard.
- Sign in via https://scansimple.app/login
- You will automatically be directed to your dashboard.
- In the main menu at the very top of the screen, choose “Settings”
- In the main panel in the center of the screen, select “Printer Settings”
- Under Printer Name, click on the Select Printer – this is a drop down list that automatically lists the active printers detected on your system.
- Choose the printer model to be used from the list (usually it’s default/first one)
- Don’t forget to click “Save Settings”
