How To Select Your Printer

Selecting your printer must be done directly on your ScanSimple dashboard. This requires you to be logged into your ScanSimple account.

  1. Make sure your printer is connected to your computer and turned on.
  2. Launch the ScanSimple app on your system.
  3. Open your ScanSimple dashboard.
    • Sign in via https://scansimple.app/login 
    • You will automatically be directed to your dashboard.
  4. In the main menu at the very top of the screen, choose “Settings” 
  5. In the main panel in the center of the screen, select “Printer Settings” 
  6. Under Printer Name, click on the Select Printer – this is a drop down list that automatically lists the active printers detected on your system.
  7. Choose the printer model to be used from the list (usually it’s default/first one) 
  8. Don’t forget to click “Save Settings”
