In order to facilitate a smooth and efficient onboarding process, we require you to have your system ready with the necessary hardware setup prior to onboarding. You will be responsible for the following:
- Installing your scanners and printers on your system
- Testing your hardware to ensure proper function.
Please keep in mind that the scope of our responsibility during the onboarding process is limited to ensuring that our app will work properly with your installed hardware and software ONLY.
