What Do I Do If I Add A New Computer?

Kudos on growing your business and adding new stations! 

ScanSimple is designed to scale with you as you grow. Active subscribers can easily purchase additional license keys to be used in your new stations. These will fall under your existing ScanSimple account so there is no need to purchase a new subscription to get ScanSimple working on your new station. 

To purchase new license keys:

  1. Send an email request to our support team at support@scansimple.app – please provide information on how many additional stations you need license keys for.
  2. Instructions for processing your request will be sent via email. 
  3. Once your request has been successfully processed, you will receive an email with the list of your additional license keys
  4. You may also view your new license keys from your dashboard by signing in to your ScanSimple account and going to Billing > View License Keys
